Shipping Policy

For the current shipping terms, please see our Shipping Policy at checkout.

Shipping destinations and charges are shown at checkout. We ship only to destinations for which a shipping option is available at checkout. We do not currently offer delivery to the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please contact info@keefonline.com before ordering if you need a delivery estimate. Available delivery methods, costs and any estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout after you enter an eligible address. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number; please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@keefonline.com so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.

We operate online only. Business contact address: Robot Park Tower, GF reception area, Al Khan, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This is not a walk-in retail store or customer pickup location.
