Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 is the at-home maintenance cream used after the professional Cosmelan salon treatment. It helps sustain skin tone correction results and supports prevention of dark spot recurrence. Formulated with a multi-pathway approach to help regulate melanin overproduction in melanocytes — addressing existing dark spots and helping prevent new ones from forming.

• Uneven skin tone and dark spots (including melasma-type pigmentation)
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation – flat, asymmetric dark spots

Key Active Ingredients

• Kojic Acid – Helps inhibit tyrosinase enzyme to reduce melanin production
• Octadecenedioic Acid – Helps regulate melanogenesis at the cellular level
• Vitamin C – Antioxidant brightening agent
• Niacinamide – Helps reduce pigment transfer and strengthens skin barrier

How to Use
