Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment Cream is an at-home maintenance cream designed for generalised uneven skin tone and dark spots. Applied after a professional treatment, it helps improve skin luminosity and tone. Part of the Dermamelan line — Mesoestetic’s approach to helping attenuate the appearance of dark spots of melanic origin.

Its main effect is helping reduce the appearance of dark spots arising from disturbances in melanin production, located mainly on the face or other sun-exposed areas. Helps increase skin tonicity and luminosity.

Cosmetic Indications

Indicated for helping reduce the appearance of pigmented skin imperfections on the face, neck, décolleté, and hands. Also helps enhance brightness and improve overall skin appearance.

How to Use (3-2-1 Method)

• Month 1: Apply 3× daily (morning, noon, night) on areas of concern, avoiding the eye contour
• Months 2–3: Apply 2× daily (morning and evening)
• Month 4+: Apply once daily at night. Duration depends on results obtained.
• Important: Use approximately 0.5g per application. Applying too much may cause dryness or peeling.
• Sun protection is essential throughout the entire treatment period. Use SPF50 daily.

Precautions

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• Not recommended for children under 12 years
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
