Overview:
L-Arginine is an amino acid, needed to improve blood flow to all body tissues. It is a precursor of Nitric Oxide and is a building block of protein. It enables muscle mass gain while limiting fat storage and enhances secretion of Growth hormone (GH). Arginine decreases muscle damage, encourage healing and provide peak performance.
