How to Use

1. Remove the cap and attach the applicator to the tube
2. Pull the plunger back to fill the applicator with gel
3. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina while in a reclining position
4. Press the plunger to deposit the gel
5. Apply one applicator full of gel each night as directed
